These Terms govern the use of Formalize (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these conditions.

1. Account & Authentication

• Access is provided via Google OAuth (openid, email, and profile).
• You are responsible for the security of your account and device.

2. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, abusive, or rights-infringing activities.
• No attempts to bypass technical limits, reverse engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities.

3. Plans, Billing & Cancellation

When applicable, plan prices, limits, and features are shown in the site/app. Recurring charges can be canceled at any time, effective in the next billing cycle, per the policy shown at signup.

4. Intellectual Property

Formalize, its logos, interfaces, and proprietary content are protected by copyright and applicable laws.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit/generate. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process such content solely to provide the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., Google). Your use of those services is subject to the respective providers’ terms and policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. You may close your account at any time.

9. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL with the “Last updated” date.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of <your city/State> shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
